Unit Marking identification

Anyone have any info on this German unit marking? Kdtr.G.4. It’s outside my unit marking area. It’s on a Mauser k98 .22 conversion receiver. The kit is an E. L. 24 conversion made by Erma in 1937. Very well marked and proofed.
