Police Walther PPK

I have a Police Walther PPK for review. The numbers are all matching and the seller is asking for $700. Do you think this is worth the price? Thank you everyone for your help!

It looks like a PP to me and is it an eagle C or F? The photos are really bad and it is almost impossible to judge the pistol.

This pistol according to Rankin's book does not fall into the Eagle C or F serial number ranges for a police marked pistol.

It's a 1940 Walther PP, not a PPK.

And not police marked from what I see but has corrosion on slide and wear. Not worth it IMO.

As said above, it is a Walther PP and only commercially marked (eagle/N).
The police markings are completely different.
