Looks just like the pictures of the kit that I found on the internet. As to value, not my field of expertise so cant help you on that.

Found what this kit for : Swiss P08 Parabellum 7,65 caliber only and Swiss Army Gewehr circa 1920/30

That is an interesting set. As mentioned, for both rifles and pistols. Probably the 1911 and K31 rifle series, as well as the P08. Looks like it uses the 4mm Zimmerpatrone.
