    Thats pretty cool!

    s.M.G. = heavy MG

    2. Gr. = second squad

    The round emblem = bicycle platoon
    1 = probably first platoon.

    doable arrow on top = Engineer

    I read it as Heavy MG from second squad, of the first (infantry-) engineer platoon on bicycles.
    I'm a bit surprised by the combination of engineer with heavy MG. but i guess its possible as each Volksgrenadier-Division had an Infantry Battalion fully on bicycles.
    This was done to have a quick mobile force on hand. For example 1st Bataillon of Grenadier-Regiment 36 (of 6. Volksgrenadier-Division) was on bicycles.

    I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
    Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.
