Opinions on yet another P38 BYF42

So not the best pictures, it was at a gunshow today. Obviously way too much money as is right now, or I would have bought it, but seller indicated he's willing to deal. Top end has been reblued, but not bad....for a reblue that is... Being that this is an early code what is it worth? I'm thinking 600-700$ range, but i'm just getting active again in the market, so not up on all the prices... Chris....

Assuming the condition of the bore is decent, $700 would be about right. My last no letter block byf 42 with original finish brought $1850 and that was a few years ago.

I think your close on the price but I wouldn't want it in my collection due to the rebluing.
