Unknown Waffenmeister (?) tool - help needed

Hello All!

I have the below tool - but its purpose is unknown for me. Fits quite well to the file socket in the Kleine Werkzeugkiste. Its dimensions are demonstrated also. Any help would be appreciated to its original use (or where does it belong originally).
One more important info: It DOES NOT fit into the drawer of the armourer kit. It is bigger.

There are many tools in many sizes for many different tool boxes. THere are big chest for armourers, chest for mechanics and for artillery armourers. This one simply doesn't belong to this box. I bought a lot of 8 files...only to get 2 that would fit in the "small Waffenmister box" set. The rest would probably go in a bigger one. I will show them later. This also goes with the spanners and vice and so on.

I hope someday we will got the solution for this screwdriver. Knowing the fact that the Germans made a tool for repairing the tool repairing tool - it might take longer time. At least the question was posted. Now we wait for somebody who saw this in its original kit.
