        Nice one Bill. Thought I would add my Schilling made 1883 example issued to the Holsteinsches Feld Artillerie Rgt. Nr. 24, 6th Batterie, Waffen Nr.. 62. But post WWI, this pistol was taken into service by the Einwohner Wehr Bayern as indicated by the intials burned into the grip plate. Well sorry for the right angle on these photos. I chose not renew as as an associate to be able to post pictures for others to see, so I have to deal with Photobucket again. And it is apparently difficult to assure proper angle on posted images.
