I find this all very unedifying and petty. But the pictures are there for you to judge whether I didn’t take enough caution or if the other person provided enough information to judge the item.

It is unfortunate that it came to this over a mere 300.00 or so euros because I was quite happy to spend thousands of euros with this person.

Then I get responses such as:


So, instead of deploring and reproaching take it like a man and be happy that you were able to sharpen up your eye!

After the images go up I believe this persons side of the story will be aired.

Well, the responses I have in personal messages show that people already know who this is.

I figure that financially he will hurt far more than the cost of the fake (at least from me. I don’t know about the others who have contacted me). He is also watching this thread with angst. He did say he would respond to this thread but... oh well.
