I’m pretty excited about acquiring my first Mauser (Of any kind). I recently purchased this WWII Mauser HSc (908194). This pistol bears war-time “Eagle/N” proof marks on the right side of the trigger guard, on the right side of the slide (Near the muzzle) and on the right side of the barrel. It also shows a Ordnungpolizei (Police) “Eagle/L” acceptance mark on the left side of the trigger guard. The left side of the slide shows the simpler, late-war Mauser logo and the three-line interruption between the model and caliber designations. The magazine’s floor plate shows the more detailed version of the Mauser logo. This pistol has about 70-75% of its originalblue finish (Not parkerized or phosphate). The bore is perfect!
