I am looking for a nicely worn but cared for Browning 1922 handgun and holster. It does not have to be matching.

Btw, a Soldbuch entry “Browning 7.65” is definitely the model 1922, right?

Yes, probably it is a FN Model 1922. However, if the Soldbuch also lists the serial number the identification can be more precise.
Clerk officers were not as precise as we like sometimes and mistakes or worng names are often seen.

There is no SN. Lazy Beamter. I was looking online and apparently there is an FN Browning 1910 7.65 used by the Germans as well. So much for making things easier.

1922 was sometimes called "lange pistole". I had a holster that had a stamp "fur Browning lange pistole".
