    One of a kind Luger

    I had the opportunity to visit the Harry S. Truman Library / museum summer. On display are the weapons used in the failed assassination attempt on then President Truman. A Luger & P38! Probably bring backs...

    I took my daughter there this June, and yes, i agree with you, they most certainly are!

        Let's have a try for the P38:
        Walther AC 43 first variation (No reinforcement hump for the trigger axle pin).

          I'm going with ac41 first variation with "ac" marked trigger guard? Photos are rough.

            Bring backs but how acquired? These were Puerto Rican nationals. Did they serve in the US armed forces? Interesting reading in this link that describes one of the weapons.
