K98 w/deathhead?

I was offered this K98 all matching numbers but was wondering if this deathhead stamp is real? What do you guys think? These are the only pics. I know the rifle just wondering if it is a SS rifle? That would be a plus. LOL

I believe from the color of the stock its a Russian capture rifle..A Russian capture its a 100 % genuine Mauser with mismatched numbers..They are becoming rare and they go from $400 up..
