Help with an SA GAW M1 Garand Cartouche

Just throwing this out here to see if anybody can help me verify this Springfield Armory M1 Garand GAW cartouche. I personally think it's good. But my confidence to detect the fakes (cartouches, militaria, camo helmets) is not quite what it used to be. Paid a lot for this stock...looking for some reassurance.

Everything looks good. Does it have the small crossed cannon acceptance mark on the bottom of the pistol grip ?

Thanks for the response. It does have the small acceptance mark on the grip, yes. Good sign?

Yep. Can also see that it has the circled P proof on the pistol grip.

Looks perfect to me - a very nice original stock and cartouche. There is no evidence of refinishing or other markings being removed, and the patina and finish is the same in the grooves of the stamp and on the surface of the stock.
