.22 trainer k98 DLV marked question

I saw this trainer and I also found this mark on it. It looks to me like DLV mark. So any help would be appreciated.

It’s a Dsm-34 with a DLV stamp, can’t recall seeing that before but the rifle would certainly fall into that time and sure looks nice.
