A few magazines a stamped MP 43 in stead of StG 43. Is this because Hitler ordered the gun to be named Sturmgewehr?

Price is subjective. The stg 44 was really the last name they used. Non of those are rare. The mp43 fxo will probably get between 225 and 350 euro. The bte Mp43 probably has a lower top end because it has been surface blasted. Maybe 375 for the stg magazines.
