    Double atamped MP44 Nagazine.

A couple of years back I was going thru a box of old magazines and gun parts. Found I had an identicle double stamped MP44 magazine that I had completely forgot having. Took it to a local Military Collector Shop and had him list it on his Internet site. Dang thing sold for $500. Wish I had a few more like that. Still trying to remember where or when I picked it up.

It is more the combination of all markings on the same side I was getting at. For these the fxo is mostly on the opposite side along with the waffenampt. This one just happens to be an early die and made before the waffenampt location was standardised.

Are there any other markings on the other side? And/or on the front and back?

Just the usual waffenampt at the top left side of the magazine.

Two of my weirdos. The upper one is an fxo and the lower one is a bte. It's stamped with MP43 with "61/1" overstamped with 72

The top one is new to me. I have seen very close markings to the bottom one before. Probably unit markings.
