SPREEWERK in Hradek nad Nisou (Occupied part of Czechoslovak Republic) was established to product small arms (1940) and has nothing to do with steam locomotives! SPREEWERK Spandau is the same cause: Heavy armory - field guns! No steam locomotives...

Anyways: P.38 has definitely nothing to do with Spandau.

Yes it is true. Fixable reject, mostly not functional measure difference or sharp edge.

I can see with my P.38 a - rather roughly - barrel 'mouth'.
I think it was adjusted by hand.
