The KKW 22 rifle you have imaged is definately missing rear sight and sight base - sad as most parts for thee are tough to come by. The added rear peep on receiver bridge is not german - postwar yes. Being the rear sight & base is gone it looks as though the handguard is floating in the rear and would likely fall off easily enough.
The Bayonet is an S98 sawback.A decent bayonet - fairly scarce, even though missing it's scabbard. I surmise the bayonet is in the $120 - $150 value range due to present condition and lack of scabbard ( don't hold your breath looking for one as the standard S98 quillback bladed bayonet scabbard won't fit ).
The KKW - toughie but maybe around $300 due to the missing bits and non german sights added ( tapped & drilled or dovetailed not sure form pic , but either way hurts value as the metal was altered to accept this addition ).

PS - i just noted you are located in france. In looking at the rear sight that has been added to this KKW it appears to be that of a french MAS36 rifle. That would make sense, especially if that KKW was used by the french after WW2 and mounted a MAS sight leaf to it to use for their military training or simply just an economical replacement part as KKW parts were no longer made.
