There were only 15,000 Colt Thompsons made originally and many have been lost/destroyed over the years. Subsequently owners of originals are averse to giving up spare parts for these due to scarcity so finding an original barrel for sale is somewhat unlikely.
Doug Richardson the Thompson guy in CA made a run of original profile barrels years ago and may have some left. While these are reproductions they are very accurate copies. I expect you know but a 28 barrel will work just fine in your 21 for shooting purposes if you so desire.
