12th company, 13th Infantry Regiment, weapon number 39,

The markings are Wiemar period and this one is not Police modified, which is almost rare!

It is unusual IMO to see them marked in two places like this, same company and gun number on rear of the frame....which is not often seen used for unit stamps.....I have no doubts about originality of the stamps.

The marking on the rear of the frame is what is called a Pre-1922 Reichswehr Provisional Marking. Only after the 1922 Reichswehr marking instructions were published was it marked on the grip strap.
