I can't say anything aboyt pouches, but pity that fakes pop up even at such famous auction. Here is one more bad item - PPS-43 with fake markings.
Receiver is not from soviet PPS-43 at all

It is apparent that you do not know US NFA laws.

Yes, that's true, I'm not an expert with NFA laws. Possibly you mean that the receiver was welded from parts?
But I'm well known with PPS-43 - description says "Manufactured in 1944", nothing about reproduced markings and non-soviet origin of the receiver
So what was produced in 1944?

As the markings, most material and manufacturing style are identical to a set of 3 cell pouches in the koblenz museum I think you are wrong.

You are wrong - the ones at Koblenz are fake, too. I know the faker who sold the pouches to them.
Note: being at a musuem does not garantie originalety, museums are full of fakes, too.

Never been to the museum at Koblenz, but I agree with you on your point. Sadly museums are often full of fake/reproduction items for their displays.

Yes, the rock Island PPs-43 has faked ID and serial marked on the top with a small burr such as used with a Dremel tool. The gun was registered by RMJ as noted in the description, but in my opinion RMJ remanufactured the gun between '68 and '86 and did not import it.
Pic below is of vintage 1944 PPS-43, correctly registered in US NFRTR (registry) and is categorized as an original, factory gun (C+R).
Compare marking with RIA gun and it is clear that the RIA gun has non-factory markings applied.

No friend and no donation, must have been jn early 90s. I also have fotos of a set of MP44 pouches in ital. camo with same markings...

It gets worse, often the fakes are there because the museum staff sold the real ones years ago(keeping the money themselves) and replaced them with fakes.
A VFW hall near me had a Knight's Cross which was donated to the hall by the vet, they were pretty proud of it but it was a fake.
Somewhere along the line it was swapped out for the real one.
