    two recent pick-ups

Two nice pistols. The Lilliput is a very tough pistol top find., and the p.38 is despite the pics in near mint condition.

Nice pick up. Well preserved pistols. The lilliput is indeed a hard to find pistol and expensive.

                Congrats

Thanks for the replies. As for the Lilliput I was very lucky to get it at a really good price.

Very nice finds. IMO: A P38 from 1942 in that condition is uncommon.

                        New Shooters

Both of your new shooters look great and probably will shoot just as well. The .25 is a great gun to shoot even the size doesn't matter, the recoil isn't enough to bother even one handed shooting, a guy can get nice groups. For sure not a 25 yard weapon but a lot of fun from ten feet or closer. A great carry weapon. This one I wouldn't use to carry, as there are plenty of nice .25's on the market that are not nice collectors as these are, that would make a good pocket protector. Would be a shame to have to defend yourself with it only to have the Police mark it up with case numbers only to get it back all screwed up. It is alway great to run across a nice piece that is in great shape and can still be shot. Great find!!
