    Help ID an old revolver

Can anyone help with the identity of this revolver, year, make, model?
Appears to be a 22LR (not marked anywhere), 3" barrel, total gun length 7", with a couple of markings & numbers. Any ideas? Thx...

Not an expert but perhaps Russian double headed eagle Imperial markings (pre 1917, so Tsarist period)
or its a Polish eagle stamp...I am leaning towards the latter...

        Austro-Hungarian proof mark.
What is the number on the eagle's chest?
        If 1 it's Ferlach p.m., if 2 it's Prague, if 3 it's Weipert, if 4 it's Vienna.

The hammer is steal (polished?), it's magnetic.

If there is any number at all, it looks like a "0" zero.
