Looks like it might be a ZF41 scope mount for MKB42H and MP43/1 rifles . If it is original, then it is extremly reare. They was only a few prototypes made in ww2. Think there are one in France that makes copys.

Yes, this is a mount for MP 43/1. But it is not period. I have held the only known original in my hand and made pictures of it for my book. This one has all the common repro flaws.
