    Hipower holster value

I received this holster with an AC43 I bought as a rig. From what I can find on it , its a WW2 Hipower holster. Its in fair condition and has two issues. One is that some one cut a bit of leather out of the top to fit a p38. The strap is split where it goes into the peg. Nice marks. I put a value in this condition at 75 dollars. Am I in the ball park?

IMO the big chunk missing out of the flap is from a rat (or similar rodent) eating on it. I've got a WWII German helmet that a vet's family gave me; part of the helmet's liner has the same rodent damage. Apparently rats and other rodents with sharp teeth enjoy eating leather!

That would explain why the p38 fits in it without needing the cutout.
