I agree. Waffenampt is definitely bogus..

Not a concealable shoulder holster per se, but a duty holster worn over the tunic as was often seen with W.German police forces in 1950/60s. Especially noticeable are the large clips which fastened to the strap almost like a Sam Brown belt.
