Interesting topic. WaA76 shows up on Cz27's so its a prag area waffenampt team. The waffenampt team was assigned that number and it stayed with them.
They could be moved around and they were.

WaA721 I think shows up on MAB pistols. I could be wrong. But, it sounds about right. They were in France St. Estienne area.

Tons of un-issued holsters came out of the eastern block. Nothing new there. You can see the use of odd pieces of leather.

Bill, can you confirm if the RBNr is the same as Kris' example? and if the WaA is WaA721? is there a date also?

I'm not sure. But we could post the RBNr. on the equipment section to find out.

Bill, the WaA 566 doesn't make sense. I can find no record of this WaA number ever being issued/used.
Could it be WaAB66? That one was used by Ernst Melzig in Poland.
