Mauser Luger 1938

Attached are pictures of a Mauser manufactured Luger dated 1938. This is one of the nicest lugers I have ever seen. Coming into my collection soon.

There are very small areas of blue missing off some of the sharp edges from normal use and a little at the muzzle, most likely from sitting in a holster. The bore is excellent.

Lucky man! I've been wanting a Luger like this for a while! I'm going to a military show soon to see if I can find one like this, if you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay? Just trying to get a idea of what I should bring to afford one like this in such a nice condition. Thumbsup

The issue loading tool normally had the same acceptance mark as the pistol. In this case the pistol is a 1939 42 code with Eagle/63 acceptance marks.
