Unidentified maker cleaningkit tool

Hello gentlemen,

I have this K98 cleaningkit tool "Hülsenkopfwischer" which is marked H43 gmm
I couldn't find any info on this maker apart from some claiming this one to be a postwar model. My question than is, what is the 43 mean? I did some research but all I could find is that the (probable) postwar ones are marked only with gmm without the H43.

I don't have the answer but I have seen "eozH43" marked ones too
In my opinion both are war time tools
