ISIS using MG42?

If you watch the video, I think that you will see that the machines gunner is using either an MG42 or a Yugoslav MG3.
Am I right??

It's certainly possible. Hard to tell since the camera is moving so much. It could be a post war .308 version.
Several WWII era weapons were found in Iraq as well though.

A lot of MG42/59, Italian version on 7,62 NATO, was delivered to Kurds, so it's possible that some changed hands.
