Bill,How are these RLM related? I have several 9mm red plastic? some 9mm Chrome and what looks like a 7mm mauser round in red plastic.I bought mine from a veteran about 25 years ago,I also had the ammo crate they came in but sold it as it did not interest me.I will dig some of mine and post pics later.Jay Parisi

You have quite a website. I checked out the link to your exercise & tool cartridges, very nice. Then I checked out some of your other pages, WOW!
Below are a couple of the fluted brass exercise rounds that I have.
They are manufactured by Polte and are dated 34, 35, 36 & 39 respectively.

Here are a few plastic exercise rounds. They were made from red or black plastic, black being the less common of the two.
aux 41, ay 41, ay 41, dnb 41, dnb 41,aux 42, dnb 42 & ay 43. The ay 43 seems to be made from a different type of plastic, it has a bit of translucency to it and it did not age very well. It has several cracks in the body.
