    Interesting 1934 Luger Holster

I don't collect Lugers, but I could not resist this at an estate auction yesterday. Bidding was fierce because those there knew that the 1934 military proofed holsters are desireable. Sadly, the pistol pull strap is missing, but the cleaning rod holder is perfectly intact. I have never seen the tools , other than the small key loading tool with screwdriver.

I would like to get some information as I am going to be putting this up for sale.

The leather is supple with no cracking or dry rot. It looks like it was well polished and, from the other items I bought, the former vet just packed things away and did not mess with them. I did run a ckean show brush across the leather to clean off the dust.

        Any information is appreciated.

              Bob,

As you said, the lift strap is missing. It's difficult to tell, but it looks like one of the belt loops has some repair done to it?
But other than that it looks to be in good shape.

              A nice find!
