Can I please ask what are the main faults with this piece , we all know it is a K98 rifle but is it the scope mounts and rail that are wrong , thanks.

Almost everything is wrong.

Wrong stock, front band, checkered buttplate is bad, totally renumbered imho, as floor plate is wrong, so is triggerguard, it goes on and on

does anyone actually believe that they could buy a real lsr for 1400 euros. In the USA this would be decent shooter price for a repo.
