    Do your neighbors duck??

    Bill,
In photos # 3 and #12, looks like your anti-tank rifle is aimed at your neighbor' sedan!!! Are they aware of your proclivities??? Have they disturbed you with late night antics??

No Kidding, What a wonderful piece--- With all the trimmings..

Thanks for a look at something almost NEVER seen outside a museum, and infrequently in ANY museum. I like your attitude of getting the things you've collected and shown us "out of captivity" in a museum.

Wishing I could Join you guys at SOS

        Bill,

Who in the wehrmacht were these issued to? Was there more than one manufacturer? Were they effective on some of the better tanks the Germans encountered, like the T34? You should consider displaying this at the SOS's.

Jim, I have never seen a period picture of the GrB39 in use.. I have seen picts of the unmodified Pzb39 in use. I would be glad to display it at the SOS on the WAF table.. If members would like that BILL

            Bill,

I would enjoy a first hand look, as I'm sure our other members who will be at this SOS's would too. This just isn't something you see every day.

Bill, unfortunately no extras. I've actually owned this round twice. I got it out of a junk box at one of the local club meets. In a weak moment I sold it to a buddy of mine, who also had a grenade launcher rifle like yours. He passed away a few years ago and I was able to buy it back out of his estate. If I have another weak moment, I will let you know.

btw, you have an awesome collection!!!!

Is the stuff on their site about a tear gas pellet in the bullet true?
