Very interesting rifle Ron, I must admit I never knew this existed. It looks like a high quality .22 rifle that's for sure... and the example you have appears to be very clean and in great condition.

Serial number does not show up in DCM Sales rifles.

The B suffix on the serial number indicates the rifle was upgraded with the M2 bolt with adjustable headspace. Upgrades done in the 1930's, and shows Springfield rebuild cartouche on stock.

The two major parts of the Lyman sight were serial numbered, but common to find them mis-matched.
