PPSh 41 unkown manufacturer

Hello, came to me this PPSH 41, I'm not an expert on these weapons.
You could find out anything about him? For example, this producer, I never spotted, all the lists of brands is always written with her producer-unknown. Could this manufacturer have to know?
I must add that this piece is very roughly made. One of the rudest I've ever had in his hands. The manufacturer is not some of those better

Arsenal #3 of Main Artillery Directorate of Red Army (Tbilisi). Very rare manufacturer. Produced PPSH in 1942 and 1943 in small quantities
Postwar this PPSH was refurbished twice (1 in triangle marking and hexagonal marking)

I thought Tbilisi uses a different logo according to this scheme makes.
Are you sure triangle with a circle is a sign Tbilisi?

You have one more manufacturer from Tbilisi (3 total)
Image that you posted with factory logos\names is old and partially incorrect. Conformity of logo to factory is wrong to positions #2,16,18.
Tbilisi factories #7 and #15 are mixed. Tbilisi Instrumental factory have logo #15.
Positions #9, 8 are not PPSH manufacturers, they produced magazines. #16 is manufacturer of PPS-43 magzaines. #17, 19,20 are only PPS-42/43 manufacturers

There are some details that I have never seen nonstandard-shaped shutter protection, treatment base flies against the glare of the sun. Screw in stock. Added mat in the front store-Barrell believe that the weapon has not been possible for the first time as well, and hit the front had to revise saving Barrell> to move a mat-my beliefs.
