Pretty nice looking rifle . . . . but with the stock broken/cracked at the wrist, it will not be a "shooter".

Looks like the crack has been pinned and glued....I think I'd be more concerned with the phenolic hand guard warping from shooting than the stock breaking.....You could always consider buying a reproduction stock and hand guard if you are indeed concerned....Also it's a good idea to remove dust cover, as these can jam and break....Bodes

More information would be helpful....Is the bolt serial numbered matched?....It's an 'ac44' which is the most common maker/date for these rifles....The addition of the 'K43' is a bonus....Is the stock original to the piece?....Doesn't make a whole lot of difference as the proofs are certainly long gone and the butt stock heavily worn....The durafol hand guard is a bonus....Is it cracked or missing pieces?....Is the buttplate an original G/K43 one or from a K98k?.....Any parts/booklet inside the stock's door?.....It's missing it's cleaning rod which is no biggie, but also is the front sight protector an original or reproduction?...Bodes

For what you paid I think you are fine, not a "killer collectable" example but pretty nice for the money!
