P 08 Luger Question

    Yes, small parts should be strawed, and rest of gun should be a rust blue finish.

    This looks to be a well used piece though. I believe the finish is just worn a lot. Tough to tell from the photos though. Better pics would help.

          G date luger

          There are two variations of the "G" date, the early with non-eagle acceptance stamps and serial numbered from approximately 930a to 5000d. Then later in 1935 there began the E/63 acceptance stamps with an established serial number range of 5000d-5000f.

            Here is another photo of the P 08 I received from my contact in Germany . The serial number is 3043 .

              It's not in the best shape and the finish seems to be worn off.
              Otherwise a nice one but not too attractive due to its condition

                Yes , maybe not the best looking Luger but still a fine original untouched piece . Would love to own it myself
