The problem I have with putting fake items on an otherwise original piece is that it then brings the entire rifle into question. If your rifle was a total restoration it wouldn't be that much out of place. Nice original SA/GAW stocks come up for sale from time to time.

With this being said I will wait on a nice orig stock or leave it as is..This is just too nice of a rifle too cobb it up..Thanks!!!!!!
