Flare Pistol Help

Hello all,

I recently picked this up off of Craigslist and had some questions:

1. Who is the manufacturer? The symbol is an A over an M in a wreath and dated 1937.

2. The right barrel seems to have a stuck trigger and no firing pin. Anyone have experience stripping these things? I wonder how hard it would be to repair.

When the safety is engaged, are the triggers flush against the inside of the trigger guard or do the stay forward?
