the K 29 mauser rifle (poland) is this used in the German army (ww2)

Yes, the German army used almost everything they captured.
They captured allot of them during the invasion of Poland.
The Germans gave a new name to them: Gewehr 298 (p).

They also reclaimed a lot of parts and semi built guns.

They crossed out the wz29
And wrote g29/40.
Eventually the wz disappeared. Then after restarting production for themselves ,
Starting churning out mod 98 receivers coded 660/Bnz, e/77
