I'll bet I've seen 10 matching 98k's for every one unreworked matching 91/30. Very nice example you have.

Bill ; Rifle serial looks like 1115 and bolt looks like 3315.The charachters before the two sets of serials are russian cyrillic alphbet - sort of like the alpha prefix part of the serials on german small arms.
I had a flat 90% condition 1937 91/30.It was damn gorgeous - only the second one I ever saw that was straight soviet , never reworked nor bubba'd up. I got it for $275 and a bunch of my buddies thought I had lost it paying that much for a typical mosin as they said.Well when I showed it to them - right down to the crisp stock cartouches they all had hard ons for it. Years later when I decided to go with imperial german stuff and moved it i got a great whack out of it from a buddy whom had to have it - and he still has it.
The other one I saw was a mint 1941 91/30. I treid like hell to get it - but the A-hole that had it scoped it out like a PE rig...friggin' ruined it !!!. And it won't pass the light of day for an original rig...and she was as matching as the 37 date 91/30 I had and just mint !.
Bolt mismatch or not it's a neat peace I would definatley fix and de-rust properly.
