    Russian ammo pouch - year?

With my new Tikka Mosin Nagant M91/30 I also received 2 ammo pouches. They seem to be in very good condition thus most likely post war. However I'd still like to know if there's a way to tell what year they were made?

Hi, your pouches are inded post war manufactured ones. If you find any stamps on them with an "r" after the numbers this will be the date.

    For instance "1963 r".

Cheers and have fun with your new purchase, Ade.

OTK 6 63 inside the open "Sumka" means:
Oruzhno technitscheskij kontrol No. 6, 1963

        Thanks to both of you.

I haven't found an r inside. However on the one bag there's a "n" like sign.

        1963. Jan thanks a lot.

The other one that I have has the following written inside it:

        03
OTK10 (or 18 hard to tell) and then the "n" sign.

This one has a different colour and wider straps compared to the 1963 specimen.
