      Nice gun, I was of the opinion that us fliers would carry them on missions. I also have a nice victory, mine is 99% park. finished and has the flaming bomb on the butt next to the serial no. so it was millitary accepted, but does not have the us property on the frame strap above the cyl.. has any one else had such markings on a victory?

          Gary, I hope you dont mine me butting in on your thread but here is My Navy Victory Smith which belonged to my Uncle who was in VMSB 241 MAG 22..In WW2, and Retired from the Marines.... Enjoy BILL

                            mine has Austrian police markings. It was converted to 38 special from 38 S&W but it was a good conversion, shoots great!!!
