Both look original WW2 period to me.

Top is definetely postwar and not Soviet (Warsaw pact countries), second looks to be refinished soviet ww2, but it's hard to tell at 100%
Wood of such structure (as top stock had), together with vertical s'n were not used at Soviet stocks.
Such stocks are very common at deactivated PPSH's that are sold in EU nowdays
