Question about MG starter tabs

Hi,
I opened an ammo can (1941 dated) and inside were 5 MG belts and 2 starter tabs (as seen in the photos) All items were covered in grease. The ammo belts were WA stamped and dated. My question is in regards to the starter tabs. Why does one have 3 round links ( marked ddc 9.41) and the other no ammo links at all ( and no marks) ?

Hope someone out there knows the answer !

If not stamped...most probably not german. Early starter tabs didn't have the 2 "round links" but only the "uncomplete" one. Something makes me think that starter tab is probably a yugo one that has had the "uncomplete round link" removed.
