Need help on this mortar w/ optics and case

Hey folks,

Im being offered this mortar but I dont know much about it. I know the tube is replaced with PVC as you can see.

I will say it is HUGE.. with the tube up its almost 5 feet tall and the legs/base/weigh a ton.

Is it WW2? is not having a dewat original tube kill the value?

The purists aren't going to like the fact it doesn't have it's original barrel.....So, yes I would say it hurts it's monetarily wise.....To what extent, it depends on rarity, demand, and who's looking for one....Bodes
