I don't know a whole lot on Lugers but this one is being offered to me. I can use some info on it and a round about value.

Bill is incorrect. This is a 1920s DWM commercial. Not a 1923 commercial! (look at the markings for the safety lever! a 1923 commercial will be marked "Safe")
It is import marked, "GERMANY" on the frame. Between these commercials and the WWI Military, they are the most common lugers out there.
Bill, I just gotta ask though, How can you tell this is a .30cal?
If it were a 1923 commercial, then yes, it would be a .30cal, but 1920s commercials were made in both 9mm as well as .30cal.
