just wondering how much a mp44 is to buy and are they rare and were in england would you get them,a deactivated one not a working one! and who else on the forum was one(or 2 or 3!!!!) and do you have pictures?

Hi, MP44's do come up for sale over here in the UK, but prices are now going crazy. Last year they were selling at £600-£700. This year a mate of mine sold one for £1,200. I saw another for sale at Beltring show for £1,350 and the condition was only "good".
I bought mine in 1988 for £400 as a firearm. It is now deactivated of course. It has all matching serial numbers and is date coded for Feb.'44. I will try and get some pics of it for you?
Can you get "Gun Mart" magazine over in the Republic? This is your best bet if you are after a MP44 over here?
