CZ pistol

Yesterday a friend showed me a beaten up small pistol. It was manufactured by CZ and bears tje serial number: 15394

Can the period of this gun be defined? I think it was either 7, 65 or 9 mm pistol.

I do not have images right now but will look after it.

The gunmodel is the CZ27. Mayby this can add something?

others can dial my information in tighter as I don't have a book handy, but this is a low number with over 400K made during the war. I suspect it would date to around 1939 as I do not recall if the Germans started having these made for them in 39 (I know that used the existing CZ pistols taken then) or 1940......either way it is early.
